  Reflections on Workshop 2 of the InnoAIQA-VN Project: AI, Quality Assurance, and Responsible Innovation in Higher Education I recently had the opportunity to attend Workshop 2 of the InnoAIQA-VN Project , held at Tay Nguyen University , with the theme: “Applying Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education Quality Assurance: Opportunities, Challenges, and Ethical Considerations.” The workshop was a meaningful and valuable learning experience for me. Through the presentations, discussions, and project-sharing sessions, I gained many new perspectives on how artificial intelligence can be applied in higher education quality assurance. The discussions went beyond technology itself and touched on broader issues such as data governance, curriculum improvement, decision-making support, data security, ethical considerations, and the responsible use of AI in university management.
